Baby Brezza Formula Pro Advanced is the most advanced way to automatically make a warm, formula bottle in seconds. No measuring, no mixing and no fuss. Now available in fashionable Charcoal color. You can customize the perfect bottle for your baby by dispensing 2-10 ounces in 1 oz increments, choosing 1 of 3 temperature settings or dispensing water only. It works with virtually all brands of formula and all bottle brands and sizes. This revolutionary machine is more accurate, consistent, hygienic & faster than hand scooping. NOTE: The level will appear higher than the ounce size selected because of added powder volume and/or variance in bottle markings. For example: 4 ounces of water plus powder volume is approximately 4.5-4.75 ounces depending on your formula powder type. 1 year limited warranty (not valid if shipped or used outside the US or if another brand of replacement part not made by Baby Brezza is used).

3. Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is available on orders totaling $60.00 or more.
A flat standard shipping fee of $5 applies to orders under $60.00.

4. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
The total estimated time from order to receipt is 4–8 business days, including processing and transit time.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available with the carrier.
7. Unforeseen Delays
Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, peak holiday shipping volumes, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.
8. Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Address changes are not permitted after an order has shipped.
If you notice an error before shipment, please contact us immediately at service@vketing.com and we will do our best to assist.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

The final total shown at checkout includes the product price, shipping fee, and any applicable taxes.

1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and protective materials attached.
Items that have been assembled, altered, cleaned, or show signs of wear may not be accepted.
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
3. Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or order confirmation email is required for all return requests.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is due to our error — for example, shipping the wrong item, missing parts, or a manufacturing defect — we will cover the return shipping costs and refund any original shipping fees paid.
If a return is for personal reasons — such as a change of mind, color preference, or ordering the wrong item — you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in this case.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Items requested after the 30-day return window.
Items that have been used, washed, cleaned, assembled, altered, or are not in their original condition.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions.
Items returned without proof of purchase.
Custom or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos showing the item and the packaging.
Once we review the evidence, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost to you:
A free replacement, or A full refund
In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged or defective item.
If the package is visibly damaged upon arrival, please keep all original packaging and, if possible, note the damage with the carrier before contacting us.
7. How to Request a Return

We will respond within 1–2 business days.
If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed packaging instructions. Please do not ship items back before receiving return authorization.
8. Packaging Guidelines
Please reuse the original packaging and protective materials whenever possible. Make sure the item is securely wrapped to prevent movement during shipping.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
9. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
10. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
11. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process above, and place a new order for the desired item.
12. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
