We currently ship within the United States.
2. Currency
All prices and shipping fees are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
3. Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is available on orders totaling $60.00 or more.
A flat standard shipping fee of $5 applies to orders under $60.00.
Currently, only standard shipping is available.
4. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
The total estimated time from order to receipt is 4–8 business days, including processing and transit time.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available with the carrier.
7. Unforeseen Delays
Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, peak holiday shipping volumes, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.
8. Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Address changes are not permitted after an order has shipped.
If you notice an error before shipment, please contact us immediately at service@vketing.com and we will do our best to assist.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

The final total shown at checkout includes the product price, shipping fee, and any applicable taxes.
