Vketing does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment credentials on our servers.

All prices are charged in U.S. dollars (USD) unless a different currency is clearly displayed and selected at checkout.
Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any customs duties for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
Depending on your payment method and bank, the charge on your statement may appear as Vketing, SHOP PAY, or the name of the relevant payment processor.
Your bank or card issuer may charge international transaction or currency conversion fees. These fees are not controlled by Vketing.

The charge on your statement may appear as Vketing, SHOP PAY, or the name of the relevant payment processor. If you have any questions about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
6. Fraud Prevention
We monitor transactions for suspicious activity to help prevent unauthorized use of payment methods. Transactions flagged as potentially fraudulent may be temporarily placed on hold pending verification. We may contact you to confirm order details before processing.
7. Payment Issues and Disputes
If you have any questions about a payment or order, please contact us first at service@vketing.com. For eligible transactions, your card network or Shop Pay may offer dispute resolution or buyer protection programs. You may also contact your bank or Shopify Support for Shop Pay transactions.
